Despite running on battery power, the CYT-P32VD utilizes an advanced hydraulic system with a 6-liter oil tank to generate an astonishing 2000 kN (200 Tons) of crimping force. With a large die-less opening of 132mm, it easily swallows bulky fittings and exerts enough pressure to safely crimp tough 2-inch 4-wire spiral hoses (4SH) and even 1.5-inch 6-wire spiral hoses (6SH).

Field repair is a race against time. This machine is designed to get the job done fast. The semi-automatic control ensures consistent crimping diameters with a swift 7.5-second cycle time. Furthermore, to keep your mobile workspace organized, the machine base features integrated die racks to securely hold the P32 die sets. Combined with the standard Quick Change-tool, operators can switch out heavy dies in seconds, maximizing the 100 crimps/hour efficiency.
