The Secret to Fast, Fatigue-Free Hose Assembly
In any high-volume hydraulic workshop, inserting metal ferrules and tight fitting-inserts into heavy 4-wire spiral hoses (4SP) by hand is a bottleneck. It is physically exhausting, time-consuming, and can lead to repetitive strain injuries for your technicians. The CYT-ZG-51B Ferrule Mounting Machine (also known as a fitting pusher) is the ultimate solution. It takes the physical labor out of the pre-assembly process, allowing your team to work faster, safer, and with perfect consistency.
Air-Driven Power: Insert 2″ Fittings in Seconds
Why struggle with mallets and lubricants when air pressure can do the work for you? The CYT-ZG-51B is a 100% pneumatic-driven system. By simply connecting it to your standard workshop air compressor (requiring only 0.6 – 0.8 Mpa of air inlet pressure), the powerful pneumatic cylinder generates smooth, linear force. It effortlessly pushes even the most stubborn fittings deep into rigid 2-inch 4SP hoses in a matter of seconds. Because it requires no electricity, it is immune to electrical failures and safe for any industrial environment.
Secure Grip with 11 Specialized Dies
To push a fitting in, the hose must be held perfectly still. This ferrule mounting machine includes a comprehensive set of 11 specialized clamping dies (indicated by the red and blue blocks). These dies are specifically designed to firmly grip the outside diameter of various hose sizes. The hand-wheel mechanism allows the operator to lock the hose tightly in place, ensuring the pneumatic pusher drives the fitting straight into the hose core without slipping or damaging the outer rubber jacket.
Ergonomic Floor-Standing Workstation
Unlike small benchtop pushers that take up valuable table space, the CYT-ZG-51B is built as an independent, floor-standing cabinet workstation. Standing at an ergonomic height of 1050mm and weighing a solid 65KG, it provides a highly stable platform. Operators can stand comfortably, aligning hoses and fittings at waist height, significantly reducing back and shoulder fatigue during long production shifts.
