P16HP manual hydraulic hose crimper is mainly to crimp 1/4” to 1” 2SN hose. Except this, it can also press other types of hoses such as air conditioning hose, PTFE hose, rubber air hose and so on.
It is only 24.5kgs. Light weight and compact in size allows it to be carried to any location. This hand-operated portable machine works even in places where electricity or compressed air are not available.
The hand pump is ENERPAC pump and largely increases the whole performance of P16HP hose crimping machine , and make your work smooth.

1) Hand operated hydraulic hose crimper

2) Material
The oil cylinder cover, oil tank, and piston rod are made of 40 chromium, which is high pressure resistant with great impact-absorbing capacity and improves the durability of the oil tank and piston rod.
3) Hydraulic conduction system
With the steel pipe connection, the hydraulic conduction system is oil-tight with little heat and stable pressure conduction.
4) Die connection
Our crimping dies are connected through magnetism, which makes it convenient for assembly and disassembly, and the crimping is neat.
